With 34 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience, Jen brings deep operational and financial leadership to every client engagement. In addition to leading accounting functions, she has served as Director of Operations for multiple organizations, giving her a comprehensive understanding of how financial systems support day-to-day execution, growth, and long-term strategy. She has supported companies across Construction, HVAC, Manufacturing, Food Service, Property Management, Real Estate Acquisitions, and Health Care Billing, guiding businesses with revenues up to $25 million. Jen specializes in job costing, complex cleanup projects, payroll, reconciliations, financial reporting, state sales tax compliance, and construction billing including G702 and G703 reporting. Her systems-focused approach ensures accurate cost tracking, clean financials, and reliable reporting that leadership teams can confidently use to make strategic decisions.
She is highly proficient in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop Contractor, QuickBooks POS, Buildertrend, Contractor Foreman, and Beam, integrating accounting systems seamlessly into operational workflows. Known for her analytical mindset and process-driven execution, Jen operates with precision and efficiency.
